On your Sky+ box go to the Catchup section and the BBC menu can be found on the left on the next screen.

Note that Sky+ / Sky+ HD hardware cannot host any apps, including iPlayer. As @caesarome indicates, channel owners have to offer on-demand content to those (now rather old) boxes differently.
For iPlayer itself you'd need Sky Q, Sky Glass/Stream or some other modern app-hosting device.

@bigal2022you need to attach a streaming device, such as a fire stick, to your TV to access BBC "iPlayer"🤔
